The UPCC is a neighborhood organization chartered by the City of Seattle to provide a forum for residents of the University Park area of the University District. University Park is the turn-of-the-century single-family residential area ranging from 16th Avenue NE in the west to 21st Avenue NE in the east, and from NE 50th Street in the south to Ravenna Park in the north.
